Baby Potatoes Green Peas curry is mainly a Punjabi recipe mostly known to Aloo Mutter masala. The dish can be had with chapati, Paratha, plain rice, naan, pulao, zeera rice and so. Baby Potatoes green peas curry is healthy as well as tasty, children love to eat small and cute baby potatoes.

How to make Baby Potatoes Green Peas curry

- 2 large Onions, sliced
- 2 large Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup Green peas
- 8 – 10 boiled Baby Potatoes
- 2 dry Red Chilies
- 2 Bay leaves
- 4 Cloves
- 4 Black Pepper
- 4 Elachi
- 4 – 5 Garlic
- A small piece Ginger
- 1 tbsp Garam masala
- 1 tbsp Red chilly powder
- 1 tbsp Dhaniya powder
- 1 tbsp zeera
- salt per taste
- 3 large tbsp Oil
Heat a pan add 1 tbsp oil.
Add Onion, dry red chilies, Bay leaves, Cloves, Black Pepper, Elachi, Ginger and Garlic.
Let all the ingredients fry until the onion turn to brown color.
Now heat other pan, add oil to it. Fry the tomatoes in the oil until they get smashed.
Let both the mixture get cool for few seconds.
Now grind both mixture to paste separately.
Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan
Start seasoning with zeera, Hing and Green peas.
Now add onion paste to the seasoning and fry till it change its color to brown. When Onion paste start to leave oil then they are cooked.
Later add Tomato puree to the Onion mixture. Temper the gravy with garam masala, red chilly powder, dhaniya powder and cook until it become a thick gravy
Add 1 cup water to the Onion Tomato gravy and cook on slow flame for 5 – 10 minutes.
After the onion tomato gravy is ready, now add boiled baby Potatoes and cook for few minutes.
