Veg-Schezwan Fried Rice – वेज-शेजवान फ्राइड राइस – A Chinese Recipe

Chinese dishes are very tasty as well as healthy too because they have a wide collection of vegetables in the recipe. All almost all the Chinese recipes are spicy and delicious like Noodles, Vegetables fried rice, Vegetable Manchurian, veg crispy, spring roll and many more. Today we are going to prepare Schezwan Fried Rice and will also show you step to step producer the recipe.

Ingredients to prepare Schezwan Sauce

1 large Onion
1 medium Tomato
5- 6 Dry Red Chills
10 Garlic
1 tbs black pepper powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
A pinch China salt
Salt to taste

Preparation of Schezwan Sauce

Remove the seeds of red chills and clean then properly
Now boil 5 – 6 Red chills & 10 garlic, for at least 10 minutes.
Let it cool at a room temperature and then make a fine paste of it.

Heat oil in a pan add Onion and stir fry them till they are slightly brown.
Then add Tomatoes and saute till they are soft.
Now add salt, soy sauce, China salt and black pepper powder and cook all the ingredients till they become soft and mix properly and get sauce consistency.

Ingredients to prepare Schezwan Fried Rice

1 cup cooked Basmati rice(cooked rice)
1 medium-sized Onion
2 Carrots
8 – 9 French Beans
2 Capsicums
food color(if necessary)
Salt to taste
3 tbsp oil
Add lemon juice to plain rice.

Method

  • Firstly wash and clean all the veggies properly and chop all the veggies into very small cubes.
  • Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and let the oil get heated.
  • Now add Onion and saute then till golden brown.
  • Now add french beans, carrot, capsicum and saute them for few minutes.
  • Then add (dry red chill and garlic) schezwan sauce prepared earlier.
  • Cook the above mixture very well.
  • If necessary add the red-orange food color to the rice, to get the reddish color.
  • Now add the mixture to the rice and mix it well, so that all the rice get mixed properly.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve Schezwan Fried Rice hot.
