These Fried rice can be had with gravy, chutney, raita, plain curd and can be eaten as it is.

How to Cook Rice
1 cup rice
2 cup water
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
- Wash the rice in the running water.
- Soak rice in the water for 1 hour and let to rest.
- Drain all the water from the rice.
- Now add 2 cup water to the rice and cook it. Do not close the lid.
- After the rice is cooked drain the excess water from the rice if any.
- Keep aside and let it cool at a room temparature.

Ingredients For Vegetable Fried Rice
- 1 1/2 cup Vegetables(Onion, Carrot, Beans, Capsicum and Spring Onion whites finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup spring Onion leaves finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger and Garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
- 4 tbsp oil
- Salt as required
- Coriander leaves to garnish
Procedure To Prepare Vegetable Fried Rice
- Heat a pan add 4 tbsp oil to it.
- Now add Onion, Carrot, Beans, Capsicum and Spring onion whites to the oil.
- Add salt and stir the vegetables so that they will be evenly cooked.
- Then add Ginger and Garlic paste.
- Now add Black Pepper powder, Soy Sauce and Tomato Sauce and stir for few seconds.
- Now lastly add spring onion leaves and stir it properly.
- Mix the vegetable mixture with the cooked rice properly.
- Garnish the vegetable Fried Rice with Coriander.
